Life is difficult for everyone, and sometimes we just need an expert to help us out.  Some issues are temporary and we need a check in.  Some issues have followed us throughout our lives, and we’ve reached a point that we are no longer able to navigate challenges on our own.


All I ask is that you realize that YOU will be the one making changes.  Some people approach therapy because they want those around them held accountable.  A responsible therapist will never agree to that.  YOU will be the one making changes because truly, you are the only one you can change.

My approach to everyone is different, because you are a unique individual.  I prefer to use cognitive behavior therapy with  my clients because how we think about situations highly influences our feelings and behaviors in those situations.  I am flexible and will adapt because therapy is never a “one size fits all” environment.
